the outcome...InsyaAllah..are lots of benefit. Cycling may helps : improve cardio-vascular fitness, builds strength and stamina, increase muscle tone, burnt up calories, improves heart health, improves coordination, reduces stress and etc.
Cycle for wealth ...if the objective is to gain money...actually we'll be spending more than what we intend to get. After several years of cycling and participating in MTB Jamborees and Fun Ride, the wealth that I've collected are: new friends, experience, understanding the diversity of human character and.....the list goes on.
